We are a time of necessary change in how we design and organise our human systems. The status quo of leadership and innovation is no longer fit for purpose for the challenges of the 21st Century. In response, we have launched The Bio-Leadership Project. This is about supporting more generative, adaptive and responsible approaches to leadership and innovation, by working more closely with nature.
The Bio-Leadership Project is about being radically honest, intelligent, creative and caring in working in symbiosis with our wider natural systems. Through the work we help to explore different approaches to progress and development, helping human systems to grow in a new alignment with the wider systems we are part of. At a deeper level, the work is about shifting a mindset of separation and working with, and as part of, nature.
An exciting set of initiatives and programmes have started around the Bio-Leadership programme, including a Bio-Leadership Practitioners Programme, to start in the UK in October 2017 and Brazil in March 2018. To find out more please visit The Bio-Leadership Project.
